Great place to come always and sara is so awesome and hope that everyone follows her lead she is always so nice and constantly trying to better the place if you come in definitely ask for her and say hi

Food is good, but the service is disappointing. Went with a friend on a weekend back in February. He was very dissatisfied with the slow service and the fact that he got the wrong order once it came. My order was fine and I chalked it up to a very busy night. Came a month later with parents and the it was just as slow, though it wasn't full. A customer in the table behind us looked just as pissed with the slow service and the fact she was not attended for over ten minutes. Employees were working at a very slow pace and did not appear able to multitask. They were often seen loitering by the registers and slow to clean up empty tables. On the way to the bathroom, I took a peek at the kitchen and it looked like the staff was ill-equipped. Things slightly improved after another manager arrived and began to help bring out food and check up on customers. When the food finally came out it was good, but due to the consistent super slow service of both occasions, I will not be returning to this location again.

My husband and I had a lunch here and enjoyed it. The food was good and hot, the service was prompt, all at a time when they were pretty busy. I didn't care for their new little computer thing on the table, but we didn't really mess with it at all - just moved it out of the way. This isn't gourmet or fine dining, but the food is fun and pretty good, and we would definitely return.

My server was amazing! I always sit in the bar because that's usually where the best ones are! My food was amazing and on time! I had a hard time choosing what to order and my waitress didn't make me feel pressed for time at all, she even came back 3 times to make sure if I was ready or not!

Horrible! Every time I've gone after 2012, something in my order has been stale and cold. Today my family and friends gathered to celebrate my terminally ill brother's birthday. We called ahead to let them know we had a large party but when we got there, the staff acted as if they knew nothing about it. When my mother stated that we called ahead, the staff (A chubby black male and a slightly chubby white female with brown hair and eyes) became OBNOXIOUS and began arguing and raising their voices at my mother. They did this while standing next to a seated party, I walked to the bathroom to get away because I was soo astonished by the staff's behavior. I came out and they pushed two tables together and we sat down. Then the server asked for our orders. It was suspicious what I wanted wasn't available, the veggie black bean patty substitute. It struck me as odd because it was on the menu and I had just ordered it a few weeks ago. He said they stopped carrying it and rambled off some excuses. Then I asked for 3 boiled eggs, which I've had on salads there before and but the Server/host said the restaurant didn't carry eggs at all. I got a really shady vibe the whole time. It almost seems as if he was mad about not having the table ready so he decided to play games with our orders. So, my boyfriend and I decided to leave.

Skipped a few meals, it's late at night, and we're starving. Can't deceive exactly what we wanted so this seemed the best option. I think this falls into Clay county so the hours were shorter then other chains because they don't allow alcohol being served late. Walked in and notice not many people there even through playoff games were being screened? Seated promptly in front a large screen and told about these new electronic servers? Strange it doesn't allow you to place an order? You have to first speak with a server? Service was decent and food was OK. Can't ever have high expectations for chains. But the portions sizes were huge. So split dinner and half and have a complete meal for left overs. I can't rave about this location but it's a serious upgrade to other chains in the area. Facility was clean, good and quick service, and the bathrooms are well maintained. Those electronic servers roved great when paying for the check and leaving feedback on the service.

Nice little link in the chain, clean and staff are quick and friendly, love there 20 for 2! Highly recommend if u want a fun quiet atmosphere.

I with in the area and I usually only end up here if someone wants to go or everything else is busy. I usually sit in the bar area and it never fails that I'm ignored while the bartender chats with a regular. I always order the only thing I've ever had that's tasted good there; the bacon ranch quesadillas. Of the last 4 times I've ordered them, they haven't been prepared the same way twice. I will say, sitting at the bar you can hear into the kitchen and they have a pretty awesome expediter back there. When I was a cook I would've killed to have her working my counter.

I am not regularly a franchise type of person...i love eating local. But sometimes u just want to go with what u kno and I def kno Chilis...I've been all up and down the east coast and overseas and every chilis i've been to is always up to par; I always leave satisfied...not the case here. I was turned off as soon as I walked n...the floor smelled horrible, like there had been a flood and instead of replacing the carpet or even investing in a 5 star cleaning, they just let it dry. I could smell every foot that ever walked on that floor, and it smelled like they were all barefoot sweaty obese ppl who did it. Needless to say, I love chilis and tried not to let the smell dissuade me because as I said, chilis always delivers. The host didnt welcome me, just asked if I was the only one in my party and signaled for me to follow her...then the phone rang and 2 other customers walked in. Instead of first showing me to my seat and having someone else deal with the phone and customers, she gave me the "hold on" finger, told the other customers she will b with them in a min and answered the phone with no apology. I politely walked the hell out. thank goodness for the great food and service I've received from all the other chilis I've been to because this would have been a terrible first time experience.

I wish I could give this Chili's half a star. It was a horrible experience ordering to go. You would think that miscommunication would diminish when ordering online. Not so at this location. They forgot five items for a dinner for two and a half. They were unapologetic on the phone and no manager decided it may be important to talk to us. My wife was treated like dirt when she arrived back at the restaurant to pick up the missing items. So much for our celebration dinner for buying a new house. We didn't get comped for anything. We had to reheat everything in the microwave at that point. I think it's time for new management. I signed up for yelp just so I could post this and spare another chili's to-go customer a similar experience.

I have to say that time and time again I am not impressed with this Chili's. I am not sure if it's the atmosphere or servers, but even their food seems to be lacking in flavor lately. Maybe everyone is in a slump they are trying to pull out of. Oh and the hostess making stuff out of ballons, offered me nothing ! Bummer.

We come in here almost once a week and always sit at the bar. Service has never been less than great and the food is always consistent. The bartenders and rest of the staff are always helpful and friendly. Really great place to grab a drink and appetizer.

Well, my profile states "you will rarely find me at a chain restaurant". But what do you do when you are in town for a wedding and the bride wants to go to Chili's? I subtly mentioned that I saw a place called Dick's Wings. Now I was not certain Dick's was any good based on only one review, but I was willing to take a chance rather than go to Chili's, a place that uses a Chile Pepper as its logo, but spells its name Chili's. Alas, the bride didn't want Dick's 2 days before the wedding (Yeah, I know) so I found myself in Chili's. It was later in the evening, the place was not crowded and it was not all that clean. We were only a party of 7, but the service was even worse than I expected and I had set my expectation quite low. It was actually comical how long it took us to get served. I think they were waiting for the burger to get done cooking so the rest of our orders sat sitting on a counter somewhere. Almost all of it was between luke warm and cold. The food was loaded with salt. One of the orders of soup was absolutely inedible. There was no was we were sending anything back because a) it would have taken another hour and b) we were afraid of what we may get in return. Anyway, I don't want to beat a dead horse (by the way, the burger looked good) but this was the most unpleasant restaurant experience I have had in a long time. The bill was pretty inexpensive, and we tipped the waitress quite generously, but cheap is food alone is no reason to patronage a place. I would have rather gotten peanut butter and jelly from the supermarket in the same shopping center and went back to my hotel and eaten it. One more thing, Yelp really needs to allow a rating of zero stars.

I eat at Chili's all around the U.S. - different Chili's around the Jacksonville / Orange Park area, Metro Denver, California, etc. and this is the very worst in terms of both service and food quality. I tend to eat the same dish most of the time, so comparing quality is easy - and I have eaten at this Chili's quite a few times including carry-out three or four times. I finally quit going there when my family just couldn't choke down the food. We still go to chili's - just not this one. (although the food quality at the Chili's on Baymeadow is almost as bad).
